About
Victoria Moreau is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, recognized for completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training program through a Registered Yoga School (RYS).In 2019, my family and I felt called to slow down and traded the pace of Miami, Florida, for the calm of McDonough, Georgia.
Seeking a space to reconnect with my body and community, I found Southern Lotus Yoga—a sanctuary that deepened my love for yoga and inspired me to share its gifts with others.During the 2020 pandemic, while working full-time from home, yoga became my anchor through uncertainty. The universe continued calling me back to my mat, and I finally chose to listen. In May 2021, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, and for a time, our family even owned a brick-and-mortar studio that allowed me to teach and connect within my local community. In 2022, with the birth of our daughter, I stepped back to focus on motherhood. Through that transition, I experienced firsthand the emotional landscape of postpartum life—the mix of beauty, challenge, and rediscovery. I realized how few spaces truly support mothers in those tender moments of transformation. From that realization, Momaste was born—a mindful space rooted in compassion, connection, and self-care for mothers and women at every stage of life.My heart is most happy helping others tune into their intuition and find peace amidst the noise of daily life. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes—it’s about becoming flexible in mind, body, and spirit.
