I had no idea how powerful and transformative this practice is until it went much deeper and began to heal some very old childhood traumas. I never had any intention to teach or own a studio, but serendipity kept nudging me in this direction. It is my intention to share this practice with as many people I can without any attachment to a result. Everyone's journey is uniquely their own. I'm simply here to offer a path. I own Mind Body Soul Yoga Studio in Byron Center, Michigan. We open in June 2022 and offer vinyasa, slow flow, gentle, restorative and yin. From time to time we will offer specialty classes such as kids yoga, sound baths, candlelight, aromatherapy, ashtanga, and many more. We will have a full roster of workshops and events as well.
