She earned her 200-hour vinyasa teacher certification with the Nexus Yoga Institute in Nosara Costa Rica and she earned her yin teacher certification by training with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts in Vancouver BC Canada. She is hosted seasonally in various locations in Litchfield County Connecticut including along the shores of Lake Waramaug.
