I began my yoga practice in After yrs of attending classes I was asked to substitute teach That eventually lead to teaching my own class on a weekly basis Working full time as a barber and shop owner since I always thought YTT would be something I could accomplish in my retirement - so completing my RYT at Be Happy Yoga School was a challenging and validating experience The gym I was working at during that time did not offer blocks bolsters or straps but I was privileged to lead my students through the life enhancing asanas and pranayama that changed my life With a + year age difference in my students modifications became a passion for me I continue to encourage my students to honor and listen to their bodies without judgement be aware of their breath and enjoy the physical therapy of their practice.
