I love practicing and learning about yoga I am facinated by the spiritual aspect of yoga how it is connected to the mind and body and I very much enjoy sharing what I learn My favorite yoga to practice and teach is Slow Vinyasa flow with mindfulness asana mantra and guided meditation I also enjoy leading restorative core and spiritual yoga including moon yoga and rituals I am always willing to learn try and experiment with other types of yoga For example; I recently // was asked to make a video for a mother of autistic children which I enjoyed researching and learning about to produce the video for her My favorite mantra is OM Mani Padme Hum OM.
