My journey as a yoga instructor began over a decade ago I began my teacher training with my yoga instructor After completing her Introduction to Yoga training I became an apprentice I furthered my training by taking a Stott Pilates Functional Anatomy Course; and by taking workshops with reputable instructors such as Francois Raoult To continue my education I attend the Yoga Show and Conference in Toronto annually since its inception This annual conference has enabled me to gain knowledge and insight from world renowned instructors; such as Sean Corn Cyndi Lee Natasha Rizopoulos Kelly McGonigal and many others In I decided to further my training with a Yoga Alliance accredited school Rama Lotus in Ottawa Ontario provided a fantastic opportunity and I completed their hour Hatha Teacher Training Im currently teaching in Windsor Ontario and continue to learn grow and share yoga.
