I specialize in performance yoga for athletes and prenatal yoga.
My style is a fast paced vinyasa to appeal to the athlete who likes to push, combined with restorative postures to improve the overall body's function. I use yoga to increase mobility, increase circulation, decrease inflammation, and promote proper alignment and sequencing of the body. This prevents soft tissue injuries from starting and reoccuring.
