Vivian Campagna is deeply, even fiercely, committed to living yoga as a sacred path of awake, aligned and ignited living.
Vivian’s sharp knowledge of biomechanics, movement technique and artistry emerge from a lifetime of dedicated studentship, first as a dancer and currently as a yogin. Described by students as spiritually integrated and intensely present, as down-to-earth and approachable as she is joyful and uplifting, Vivian is known for her warm storytelling and for skillfully weaving the physical, spiritual and intellectual threads of yoga through creative sequences that positively shift body and soul. Vivian is grateful for the amazing teachers who've supported her journey; most notably, Suzie Hurley, Todd Norian, Christopher Hareesh Wallis, Douglas Brooks, Sianna Sherman, Christina Sell, Maria Broom and every student she's had the pleasure to encounter. Vivian is also a full-time hands-on wife and mamma. Catch her playing outside with her daughter, growing good things to eat in her backyard "farm", and sharing smiles with everyone she meets.
