Previously Warren taught classes in Kamloops through the City of Kamloops Parks and Recreation Department, the Sage Addictions Treatment Center and also offered some independent classes at the NSCC in Kamloops. Warren's style of yoga instruction is heavily influenced by the yin yoga certification from Bernie Clark and the trauma informed yoga certification from Yoga Outreach. With thousands of hours of teaching experience, Warren enjoys offering yin, restorative, beginner friendly hatha and gentle chair yoga classes.
