🧘♀️ I teach gentle yoga and chair yoga. I am mental health counselor with a licensure in the state of Ohio and applying to the state of Florida in 2023. Sometimes I incorporate my knowledge of breathing, mindfulness, and grounding techniques, psycho-education of neurobiology (anxiety and depressive education) mixed with yoga techniques. What I do not do is counseling sessions mixed with yoga. Yoga is yoga with NO counseling included. I keep my two practices separate and follow HIPAA, licensure regulations, and best ethical practice. I do enjoy people, teaching, and for most people yoga is great way for our bodies and minds to stay healthy. 🧘♀️
