As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) my experience is quite varied.
I've been fortunate to work with college students at a study abroad program in Tuscany, Italy, as well as with yogis and cancer patients at a hospital wellness center. Merging my first love of geology with my passion as a yogi, I am interested in exploring how everything changes. Using the processes of the earth as an example, I help students explore their true nature through yoga, while welcoming and accepting personal internal and external change.
