Wendy has been a passionate yoga student since 2008 and completed her YTT in 2018 at Suryalila in the south of Spain (Holistic Yoga Flow with LA-based Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom).
She has additional training in adapting yoga practices for older adults and completed a 300-hour meditation coach training program (Sura Flow/Liberate with Sura Dahn Kim). She is an outdoor mindfulness enthusiast who enjoys exploring and practicing in nature.
