Director of Yoga for Spirit of Yoga Tempe AZ I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I have completed my 500 hour training with Southwest Institute of Healing Arts / Spirit of Yoga and currently teach YTT 200 hr program the Advanced 600 and 800 hour program for SWIHA/Spirit of Yoga in Tempe AZ. A Gong Master and Sound Healer I also teach weekend intensive of Sacred Sound Healing. I also teach a Sound healing for Body workers and Practitioners and certified in Usui Shiki Ryoho Shamanic Rekli Level 1 & 2 and an ordained minister with the Universal Brotherhood. Pranayama / Breath work and sound are major components of all the classes that I teach. Finding you Voice as a Yoga teacher is my motto and my favorite quote is this OWN Your AUM!
