Winifred Wilson is a 500RYT who lives in South Maui, Northern Nevada, and on a rock-n-roll tour bus.
She mainly finds home in her own heart and teaches in various studios around the country. In 2020 she is releasing her first book, Downdog For Roaddogs, which describes the practices of yoga as seem from the fast paced, noisy, and ultimately soul stretching journey of a tour life with her guitar slinging husband.
