About
Ms.
Xiaomin Cai’s yoga journey began in 1993, initially strictly as asana practice. Over the year, the consistent practice and training helped her grow physically and spiritually. Her first traditional Yoga experience was living as a Yogini at Satchidananda Ashram in Yogaville, VA in August 2008, then she completed 200 hours Yoga teacher training at Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas in December 2010, and began her teaching journey since then. Ms. Cai continued her training at Himalayan Institute in 2013-2014 and became 500-hour certified. It brings Ms. Cai joy and delight to share her Yoga experience with all inspired by the practice of Yoga. Over the years, she has incorporated multiple styles in her practice and teaching, including Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Chair and Partner Yoga, with focus on body-mind connection and cultivation of awareness and mindfulness practice.
