Hola!, I received my CYT 200 certification through Breathe for Change and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, I have found the benefits of integrating yoga into my personal practice as well as teaching clients as well. I work with clients of all ages and have seen the transformation of how yoga utilized as an intervention can be extremely beneficial to the mind, body and spirit.
