YUKO YOGA in Etna, CA with Yuko's motto “Nurturing Life” offers a wide range of yoga classes including; Hatha and Vinyasa style, restorative, Pre-natal, Thai Yoga Stretch, and Yoga for youth. You’ll learn traditional yoga breathing exercise, called Pranayama, yoga poses, and meditation techniques in her class. Students appreciate her detail instruction, and practical teachings.
