After training for two years at the feet of my dear Guru Rupa and accepting Yoga as a lifestyle, I received my Ashtanga/Hatha Yoga certification from the Sanji Center for Yoga, (based in Bangalore, India). I am fortunate to have been able to study under some amazing teachers, am certified in Yoga Nidra with Dr.
Marc Halpern, and Prime of Life Yoga with Larry Payne and am pleased to have been able to have time with Mukunda Stiles. I am not only teaching locally, but I am also co-owner of Shanti Yoga Center/Gita Yoga Learning where I enjoy every moment of seeing the new wave of yoga instructors as they progress on their own journey.
