Zafar Ullah Khan is a certified and experienced yoga teacher who has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2011.
He has completed five Teacher Training Programs (TTPs) from India and holds the E-RYT 500 credential from Yoga Alliance USA. He has traveled and taught yoga and meditation in various countries, including Pakistan, India, Thailand, Sri Lanka, China, UAE, and USA. His yoga sessions are designed to promote peace of mind and physical stability, using a holistic approach that fosters the connection between body, breath and soul. He follows the spiritual guidance of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, a renowned humanitarian and spiritual leader. Before embarking on his yogic journey, Zafar worked in the corporate sector for over a decade. He has a Master’s degree in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Economics, and a Master’s degree in International Relations.
