I am an Experienced - Registered Yoga Teacher (E- RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School.
(RYT) I teach private clients, chair yoga at retirement communities and group classes and workshops at Premier Yoga & Fitness in Mansfield TX. Currently I am working on my 500 hours with an emphasis on anatomy, bio-mechanics and adaptations for all body types, age and experience.
