I began practicing yoga my senior year of college It was instant love so after graduating from Bridgewater College in I decided to follow my heart and my passion and go where the universe was pointing me: down the path of yoga I graduated from the Charlottesville Yoga School with my -hour certification in January and Ive been teaching ever since I have since earned the E-RYT level title My passion for yoga and teaching can be found in my creative and mindful flows and you can be sure to always get a little laugh in along with your yoga while taking my classes because I dont believe in taking life or yoga! TOO seriously I have extensive experience working with athletes leading trauma informed classes and teaching students of all levels and backgrounds.
