About Hot Yoga Asheville

Hot Yoga Asheville is Asheville’s longest-running heated yoga studio, open since 2008. It is a full-spectrum heated yoga community offering a variety of classes including Hot Power Flow, Align Flow, Hot 26, Yin Yoga, BLAST, and Hot Lift. The studio features two dedicated yoga spaces with far infrared heated rooms. Members have access to free monthly workshops, teacher training programs, a video library, and retreats led by founder Adi Westerman in Costa Rica.
